standard

Boxes stacked on, or inside the surface of the pallet

The figure shows how the pallet Bumper (shown in green color) keeps the forks and corner curve clear of the pallet and boxes. Collision damage to the pallet and to the boxes can be prevented with the pallet Bumper standard.

overhang

Boxes outside the surface of the pallet

The figure shows how the pallet Bumper (shown in green color) keeps the forks and the curve in the corner clear of the pallets and boxes. The pallet Bumper is therefore provided with a longer Impact Block. Collision damage to the pallet and to the boxes can be prevented with the pallet Bumper overhang.

flex

Top block keeps the top of the forks free from the FIBC

The figure shows how the top block of the pallet Bumper (shown in green color) keeps the top of the forks clear of the FIBC. When lifting a pallet, the top of the forks can cause cracks in a FIBC or other types of flexible packaging. (bags). The top block on the pallet Bumper flex prevents tearing when lifting the pallet with bags.
